Hello, My name is Jason Diaz. Here is a little about myself. 

 

As the lead trainer at Intro Tech Academy, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the tech industry, with a unique blend of expertise from both the Apple retail environment and the corporate IT world. My journey began at the Apple Store, where I served as a Mac & iOS Genius, helping countless customers navigate and troubleshoot their Apple devices. During my five years in this role, I developed a deep understanding of how to make technology accessible and easy to understand for everyone, earning my ACMT certification along the way.

 

Following my time at Apple, I transitioned to the corporate tech sector, where I spent over 10 years managing IT help desks at ExtraHop Networks. Here, I led a team dedicated to providing top-notch customer support and technical assistance, continually improving processes to enhance user experiences. My passion lies in helping individuals gain confidence with their technology, whether it’s their first time using a computer or they’re looking to refine their skills. At IntroTech Academy, I’m committed to delivering personalized, patient, and practical training that empowers every learner to make the most of their digital devices.
